It's a shame the Tokyo Fixed Dart that ends today is too small

Same or another one that's too small? They have decent stack compared to Cannondale's so would just need long stem and post. Heavy though (mine isn't because it's fancy).

The same, it's a 53 apparently. I'd need the size up at the least

The 55 had a pretty long headtube, you could make the 53 work with a ~120 stem, it would also balance the relative heaviness of the frame.
