I'm hyped by the effort or, more accurately, that there wasn't a distinct lack of it.

Yeah - good signs for United. I thought a draw was a fair result.

Yes, Liverpool were the better team for most of the match (albeit the whole first half was drab), but that doesn't always guarantee points and Man U could have snatched a win at the end.
I think the point it, Liverpool did underperform in comparison to most of the rest of the season.

Is fair but defensive weaknesses have been targeted for quite some time eg Vinicius Jr strolling in on his blind side to score the Champions League winner (sticks in my mind as an interview in The Guardian published the same day had TAA saying “seeing things others don’t”).
Don’t want to have a downer on him but his considerable strengths don’t offset these fundamental weaknesses enough.

Love to see Gibbs-White score against Wolves after the awful chants they continually direct at him and his girlfriend.

So, F.A. cup matches are being played from Thursday night until Monday night …. How shit , and how to show the F. ‘kin A. really don’t care tuppence ….

The fans love it though, the Peterborough fans travelling to Goodison Park on a school/work night are buzzing.

And no replays so players aren't too tired for a money spinning Far East tour in the summer

Is that the case or am I misreading sarcasm? Posh fan I know who had tickets now can’t go with his lad. Loads of them were gutted according to him.

Surely he can get the butler to take him?

Surely he should be buying Luton.

New excuse for Arteta, apparently the balls used in the league cup fly differently.
Norma, these peas are rather rounder than normal.

As much as I would laugh my arse off if this happened, he would be the straw that broke the camel's back. He would kill football.

• #172644
He was fucking hilarious, they should've won the game apparently. Prick.

No, it was poorly expressed sarcasm.
I remember Everton were away at Palace on a Thursday night last year or the year before as well. Terrible scheduling for fans, as much as I enjoy having football on TV from Thursday to Monday.
I think people are getting a little hyped on United's performance. The XG was 2.97 to 0.99 in Liverpool's favour.
