Ordered an AE sharpener, then decided on these:

I was going to order both the Aogami Super Santoku and Nakiri but the Nakiri has sold out, so opted for the green handled stainless laminated one above instead. I’m sure people will be along to tell me I’ve chosen terribly, but they seemed like a reasonable choice.
