Because PK's is a re-tag?! Dang, the London game is tough. How can a newbie have knowledge of all the the tags that have been done over 1182+ pages?!
We don't mind re-tags in Brighton. A good location is worth doing twice, like reading a good book again.
The rule we have for them is very simple. A called-out retag means the previous tag is still open, and the next tagger can tag either the previous tag or the retag or both before moving the game on. In this case, Will chose to tag the retag, since he couldn't have tagged his own previous tag. However, someone else could have gone back to Lincoln's Inn Fields.
Tag is indeed a retag that Polka Dot tagged 13 years ago. Looks to have been their very first tag, so likely a nod to that.
Was then collected by Kidneys
Technically Will's tag still stands.
