Time will tell I guess! It’s quite an outlay for a leather boot which I believe can’t be resoled so I’ll reserve judgement until I can see what six months of sole wear looks like. They’re definitely well finished and comfy.

If they are the original ‘spongelike’ soles, make sure you wear them often! I cosseted mine, and only wore them lightly, and the sole degraded and fell out in lumps.
