Ironically, it's half of a conversation also going on in the Discord (although at snail's pace, because almost nobody is actually participating there as yet), besides which I didn't know if there would even be a response or if there was already a plan. Hence some practical observations on what a plan would need to be founded on, but not a pamphlet on the subject. So I think

It might not be the exact same as the forum in the future, can you accept that, and see that having something ready to go which can be improved iteratively as time goes on (rather than having everything exactly perfect the way that it is here) is better than nothing?
