When I last bought a road bike discs were not a thing.
I've always had discs on MTBs and always run dinner plates (I had 200mm on QR at some point and didn't die)
Eyeing up a new bike and 160 seems to be standard across the board.
Is it possible to add a spacer and run 180s? (at least up front)
Or is it unnecessary?
Hope RX4+ Calipers let you go up a disc size bit even as a fat bloke on a touring bike 🚲 ve rarely needed more than 160mm.
As a fat bloke on a gravel bike 🚲 have a 180mm front cos I can
Disc brakes on a road bike - is 160mm enough?
