• I UTFS and I couldn't find a generic bag thread, so asking here.

The seams on my Chrome Urban Ex backpack have given up.
It's actually the third bag I have had through their lifetime warranty that has given out like this.
Not keen on another of the Chrome Industries heat welded seam bags, they just aren't up to it.

I do a cycle, train, cycle commute in all weather and do a fair amount of 2 or 3 day flight trips for work so looking for something that can handle both.
Have been thinking about one of these - https://www.stubbleandco.com/products/hybrid-backpack-30l

Has anyone got any experience of this brand or model?

  • I've had a BigxTop daysack since 2016 and it still looks and works great, would highly recommend.

Not sure if Jordan is still making but might be worth enquiring...

  • I've had a BigxTop backpack for the past 10 years or so and agreed that they are great bags. I find it a bit annoying for trips away though with it being top loading, it's difficult to pack clothes neatly.
