Checking in. I got pretty lean and fit this year but travel and an excellent holiday period has put some bloat around the middle. I have a 50mile ultra marathon in May so goal is to be around 75kg for then - currently 80kg.
Plan is fairly simple. 1900cals per day for the next 30 days. 2100 for the 60 days after that. That should see be drop the weight.
The calorie gap there is greater than I require but invariably you underestimate so I find it better to do so with your calorie intake.
