Are shorts over tights for joggers more acceptable than people wearing shorts over lycra on cheap aluminium road bikes on 23c tyres? First jog in about 3 years this morning and this question crossed my mind.
I don't bother bc it's just more washing but plenty of folk do, though really thats running thread chat >>>
If you're out there actually running, anything goes. Short shorts and vest FTW!
If it's below 5ºC I tend to wear shorts over tights just to keep my knackers from totally disappearing into my body.
