Ah OK. I have a similar integrated cable run on a GT but a band on cable stop allowed me to run v-brakes instead of cantis.

I also have to add these for improved braking performance. I have these on another bike and man they are so much better than normal noodles.

Seen these before but given the budget nature of the build I’m not forking out even more for it! Thanks for pointing it out and looks real neat on the GT.
