• I’m in. Last year was a take of two halves on the weight loss front - first 6 months just maintaining / yo-yo-ing and not managing to lose any of the Christmas bloat (largely down to a low level drink problem and feeling mentally like shit), second half I managed to drop a good 9kg before running into Christmas. Haven’t weighed myself since Xmas eve, so not sure what the damage from the last week is, but not hugely optimistic. Do feel that I can get back to those good habits that helped me out so well in the latter part of 2024.

    Aim is 69kg, expecting to be about 77 when I weigh in tomorrow. I was 91.5kg this time 3 years ago, so I’m doing way better than I once was, but there’s still that last bit of the project that needs finishing off.
