Hi. Was good at this at the start of this (last) year? Then yo-yoed a lot and got all the way back to what appears to be my equilibrium weight. ~93kg. A lot of running over summer and sorting out portion sizes for me back to 86kg and the post Christmas scales have me at 88.
83 consistently is my goal with a stretch of sub 80. With the caveat that I'm a lot happier that in the second half of this year I was eating sensibly and enjoying food, and still fit enough to run a fast (enough!) 10km without any pain, so trying not to stress too much about the arbitrary scale numbers.
Managed to survive a trip to the USA this year without the commensurate 5kg it usually brings, which points to slightly better mindset around eating, although Christmas still got a little too indulgent.
