Is there a way to judge if a steak will be flavourful ? Got this one from Drings and it has zero beef flavour and it's chewy and dry.
In my experience, not really, other than the more aged the better. What cut is that?
I didn’t have time to get something proper from the butcher, but these tesco ones came out pretty tasty.
