apologies, I've written that incorrectly and re-done my S/T Measurement.
I measure it as 62cm S/T and 57.5 cm TT. They have put size as the S/T measurement, which is 24 3/4" or (63cm) as you sayEDIT: price wise, not sure, and part of me wants to keep it as it is so nice and I have a personal affinity to Mercians. 500 ish possibly, but not 100% sure, need to research

It's odd that Mercian have the size down s a 24 3/4" (63cm) frame (presumably thats the seat tube C-T) whereas you have measured it a 57.5cm...clerical error on their part?
EDIT: do you have a price in mind?
