Surely Which? have a guide for these essential items? 😀

I did jury service earlier this year. Is there anywhere I can look up what the sentence was? I’m clearly repeatedly putting all the wrong terms into Google because I can’t find this myself 😀

When I did Jury service the sentencing was done there and then at the end of the trial?

Anyone bought online from sou sou ( https://www.sousou.co.jp ) - or maybe any other non-EU online shopping - do I need to stay under £135 to avoid extra charges?
-
• #124831
They claim to cover duty/VAT in their intentional shipping FAQ so you can probably buy as much as you like and pay only what is listed at the checkout. Lots of sellers have this sorted, especially the ones that price in GBP.

intentional shipping
As opposed to accidental shipping?

Thanks. I will aim for the non-accidental shipping also.

It's a more niche market than you'd expect.

Dredge of an old question...
I'd like to make my own extension cable for my Optimate 4 motorcycle battery charger.
I need 16 SWG cable and would like it to be UV / weather proof (the connectors will be protected from the weather).
It must be black.
I'm finding lots of speaker cable in search results e.g. Auline 10m 1.3mm2 16 AWG Red Black Speaker Cable External Outside Outdoor Use
Is this a viable choice?
Cheers.

Optimate do extensions to help people route around garage/workshop etc - recent discovery via my moto client who also didn’t know about it, we immediately bought a load

Yeah, I've just noticed they do a 7.6m. I thought 4.6m was the longest, and x2 ends up a bit more than I wanted to spend.
Last time I looked it was c.£1p/m for 16AWG.

Mine was a couple of months after the trial. I didn’t feel like taking half a day off work to go and potentially sit in the middle of a bunch of nasty bastards who would have worked out who I was to find out how long they got. Figured it would probably get logged somewhere officially?

Anyone know of any office space in/near se26?
‘Er indoors needs a proper work space before we kill each other. -

Nope.

Looks like a stainless steel to my eye. The rusty spots probably confirm this.

Need to replace some hub bearings: 6802 and 6902.
What is approved? I think I’m looking for contact seals on the external with open seals on the internal side.

Those do exist, but it's much easier to get 2RS and they''ll be fine. If you're bothered, you can use a pick to remove the unwanted seal. All the major Euro and Japanese brands are good (SKF, FAG, NSK, NTN)

Ok thanks.
Worth it for stainless steel?
Is TPI a reputable brand?

The little (micro usb?) cable that fits in my gps is too bulky at the end to clear my bars so it’s impossible to use my power back to charge it on the go. Are there either longer out front mounts (mine is a pretty standard decathalon, rave man branded bar clamp one) or else dinkier or perhaps angled cables?
Does anyone know of a good remote control fart machine?
I got the main one on amazon for my eldest and it didn't work, so I returned it. But obviously they still want one. From reviews it sounds like I dodged a bullet.
Are there any good ones? Is there a way to hack or make my own?
Cheers.
