Hoping to do some family cycling holidays in the new year, set up I'm imaging is gravel bike with baby seat for the 2 yr old and cargo with seat for the bags and for big kid and bike if she gets tired (8yr old - 20inch bike - she's killing it cycling but will be great to give her the option to chill) and poss 2yr olds balance bike too.
We are in Sheffield, northern UK and seems like ferry over to Rotterdam seems simplest for a first trip. Anyone got any routes / advice re: this set up? Thinking to limit to 30/ 40 K a day and trip would be max 1.5 weeks......
Some specific Questions I have are:
Can you take full size cargo on Dutch trains?
Do Dutch hotels generally have secure bike parking?
Any other advice gratefully received!
