Lamb's Cafe up at the whipps cross end is decent and functional for a breakfast / lunch stop.

Etles Uyghur Restaurant up towards Waltham station is good. BB cafe for a cafe/fry up. Pizza at Blondies. Bromley's up by Baker's Arms do a good veggie breakfast.
