Very niche but definitely has scope for allotmenteers- would anyone be interested in a grow tent setup? It’s taking up space and I could use the cash. You can propagate and get your toms, peppers and other warmth loving crops started early.
Contrary to popular belief they’re not just for iffy purposes.

Just add soil basically. It dismantles easy enough but you’ll prob need a car or bike trailer to shift it. If you don’t want the drip tray you could maybe fit it in a big hiking rucksack.
I ran tray after tray of seedlings through it last year. If you have the space and the inclination it’s a game changer.
