My missus has brought on marketplace before but has had a couple of dodgy sellers looking for bank transfers and she’s refused.
They aren’t giving you any options really don’t want to exchange face to face, won’t use PayPal, only want bank transfer and then will dispatch to you. You’ve got no protection if for whatever reason steam deck has an issue.
What is their response when you ask them how you’d get your money back in case of an issue.
Only time I’ve done bank transfers is when I’ve met the person face to face, examined goods and then they’ve either paid me or I’ve paid them.
Personally I’d steer clear.
