I think they’re all much of a muchness. I haven’t used one but the filter things in the same way as a brita so probably would make a bit of a difference

Surely the flow rate of a typical shower would require a filter physically too big to fit into any kind of shower head, for it to actually do anything? I’d be skeptical.

Has anyone got a shower head with a filter built in? My partner hates washing her hair at home in London and reckons it's because the water is so hard.
Do they work? Are they worth it? If so, what do we go for? We're renting and not sure how long we'll be in our current place so can't do anything more involved than changing the head.
