I feel your pain, I've had loads of dental ssues over the years, been on top of it but having two kids during covid saw my regular 6 month check ups and hygienist visits dissappear and suddenly it's been 4 years since I've seen a dentist.
Visit last week and 2 twenty year old crowns need replacing, as well as a filling and I've got a couple of cavities. Something to look forward to in January at least.
