I picked up an Amazon knock off rolling sharpener for £30 (chosen as it was one where replacement discs are on Amazon) with the intention of sharpening stuff before Christmas dinner.
Obviously ran out of time and only managed to sharpen one knife as a test but it seemed decent from that.
