    @Tenderloin not actually a Horl, but Ali Express version… Not used yet, but I’d probably chop off my fingers, being 10 pints down

  • From the comparison videos the knock off ones are not robustly made, the grit (for want of a better word) wears out pretty rapidly. Also the Horl ones have the further levels of refinement, up to the Kagami stones which are ridiculously fine.
