Tier 2: you can collect from SE14 in the next week and pay on collection
Tier 3: you express non-committal interest in an item above that involves me bringing it somewhere, at some unspecified time in the future
If you want to secure something, go for Tier 1. Otherwise at the lower tiers, you can be out-dibsed by someone jumping in with payment.
