The Mont Blanc is on your right side going down this way.
You got to hike up above the Col de la Colombière to be able to see it.

Yeah, not visible from there. We essentially did a lap of the Aravis that day. Way back was tough from Megéve to Ugine - valley road was shut so we were sent on deviations which criss crossed the sides of the valley. Ended up getting back in the dark.
