Fitted the front M739 V-Brake, Saracen stem and a slightly larger chaining at 34T from 32T.
Riding position is better, I am compensating with a longer reach, as I am finding the seat tube not tall enough.
I’m debating to upgrade the frame to something that actually fits in 2025. Currently it’s doing the job quite well being a winter hack.
