As the partner of someone with a tea thing going (Japanese green and all kinds of herbal) I’ll share some thoughts.
My first question is, where do your herbs come from? Our 2 most admired sources are the ones that are more or less directly from the people growing the stuff.
One is the stuff we get from Switzerland, incredible shop operating since 1983, now in the hands of the second generation. I once spoke to one of the sons, he speaks mandarin so tea buying in china is nicer…
