Has anyone tried sifting out fines? I've not been very happy with my brews lately but not sure if it's me, the coffee, my grinder or the process. Nothing has changed so I can only assume it's the grind, everything else is the same.
Have just ordered an Alixpress 200 micron sifter/dosing cup thing. Will report back if there's any change.
