I hate 2.5/5/7.5 plate set ups. Last week I went to 90kg on my squat and on Friday did 5x3. Today I looked at the bar and thought fuck it and did 4x 1 at 100kg.

Love those stupid thoughts where you think balls to ramping it up slowly and just go for it... It feels so good afterwards.
