Awful things. My love of not shit mushrooms makes me believe that watery, bland mushrooms are the reason people don't like mushrooms.

As an absolute adorer of mushrooms I've quizzed a lot of people on this, it's emphatically the earthy taste from my research and I do understand it having dry heaved a few times after ingesting the magic kind

Personally, I like mushrooms (cooked) but bland watery ones or the sliced tinned ones are shite.
Hence why I carry a mushroom knife every where I go on the off chance. -
