Is track my phone working? Easy catch for the Police of the phone can be tracked.

Yeah, called police, shared apple login so they could track directly but it went to near Leyton station and then got turned off. I suspect it's people robbing and handing off to gangs/ a more organised setup, not trying to flog it down the pub. I have too many banking apps and logins on there so decided to wipe it remotely, but it's pending as it's currently not connected to the internet.
Changed all my passwords, blocked banking apps etc. Total and utter ball ache.

Just had my phone robbed by a guy on a bike. If i mark it as lost/stolen on icloud and change all the passwords I can, is that enough. Or should I be wiping it? Banking apps, apple pay all on there.
