Do you need to pay any extra to access Tidal from this via its app?

Not 100% sure as I mainly used other apps like Spotify etc, but I don't think so. My understanding is that if you have a Tidal subscription you can either use the integrated Tidal app in the BluOS system or Tidal Connect to play music. Only cost then is your subscription, not anything extra on top for using the Bluesound. FWIW Spotify integration was flawless for me (no additional cost).

Got it. Thanks both and great unit you've sold.
But also now I know what to run on my Pi thanks for a bit of digging after this post Moode Audio OS
For sale is a 2021 Bluesound Node wireless music streamer in perfect condition. Includes original box and all original cables and leads.
This thing sounds fantastic and I'm sad to part with it, but the Bluesound environment doesn't support chromecast so have moved over to Wiim for Google Home integration. If you're looking for a high quality streamer or streaming transport for your home audio, this is a brilliant device.

£200 collected from N11 or St Pauls area during the week. Could also post at cost.
