Also what's with the current millennial male thing for baseball caps? When they let me out at weekends, I see all the nouveau baldheads in the wrong sort of cafe are wearing them inside and out.

The only legitimate scenarios for indoor hat wearing are:
Broken boiler situation
A large covered space such as a train station
Visiting a public toilet outside of the home.

As for baseball? What’s that? Some American apology for sport?
It’s certainly not cricket.
