Texas is the best and worst of America.

Best:

• Big open skies.
  
• High-quality cowboy clothing manufacturing.
  
• Quality highways.
  
• Huge supermarkets
  
• Blue Bell ice cream (when it’s free of salmonella)
  
• Soft water (though other states have great water too)
  
  

Worst:

Not sure that huge supermarkets are a plus?

I figure it reduces fuel consumption if people can buy their groceries, books, fishing boats, garden furniture, electronics, and guns all in one place.

I’d go the other way, mega markets force you to have a car = higher fossil fuel usage.
