Some 165mm XT cranks arrived today. No chainring of corks so I'm still up a creek without a crank.

Don't know about shoes, as I've seen alloy, aluminium, or steel or stainless steel. So with the added bonus of sweaty feet, so what treadlocker or grease to use in the treaded bit, then the end bit of the bolt.

What is bolt material, and what material is the bolt being screwed in to?
