Can absolutely accept goods and services payments to a personal account.
There are calculators to work out how much extra you’d have to send to cover the fees if you wanted to be nice but it kinda sounds like the seller is pretty much running a business but trying to avoid the fees that would come with a business account or goods and services payments so I dunno that I’d be so nice.

Thank you both. I'm going to ask the seller if she can accept PayPal goods and services although she has already said it's her personal PayPal account
