  • What flat pedals would look ok on a road bike? I've only ever used fairly chunky MTB ones on flat bar bikes but reckon they'd look out of proportion on a road bike

  • What kind of road bike? Big tube carbon or slender tube steel - or something inbetween..?
For classic-ish steel something like the MKS Sylvan Gordito or Lambda could work

  • Was thinking about Gordito for my latest project (1950s 3speed Flying scot) but the amount of grip they’d offer concerned me. They don’t look great.

Edit: I mean aesthetically they do look great, right on the money but grip wise they don’t look great.

  • This is for a Dolan Preffisio so somewhere in between. It's a pretty agricultural bike so I'm not going to be spoiling any aesthetics. Just looking for something in proportion, and that I might end up using on other nicer bikes in the future.

Something from MKS looks to do the trick. Leaning towards the Allways
