I have a blood test every 3months so I’m glad I share your strength. Would be a [literal] pain otherwise!

I had to be that guy that time

Riding my bike in the winter. This week I’ve been wondering what’s changed, and it’s just that I love riding my bike in the cold.

This is an inspiring comment.
Can't wait to get out into the crisp air.

I concur, it's actually motivated me to sort my bike out ready to start some winter rides next week 👍

I am reading Debt by Graeber, and wish he knew of this example for his chapter on the myth of barter

When people whose first language is not English adopt a glottal stop
It makes me secretly happy that they are picking up bad habits

Sesame seed oil
Easily the best of all of the seeded oils

Toasted AF, the one with the baby on from a Chinese supermarket is great. Shout out to pumpkin seed oil too, great on salads and weirdly, vanilla ice cream, on which it also changes colour which is fun.

The Southbank Centre.
Got to meet some people in a bit in a restaurant nearby and have a while to kill. Can just pop in have a quiet beer, use the toilets, big open space with loads of seating, chilled atmosphere and there's live music for free playing.
Real mix of people/ages, safe place for mums to breastfeed, it's got art/installations to look at etc.
It's a fab place.

Tail winds are great but that cycling in to an invisible wall of wind is so you either get blown off course or you suddenly stop.
That link above won't work on my phone so I'll just assume it's roots bloody roots by sepultura
