Totally unserious that Labour have scheduled new regs to come into force so far away in June.
And fuck knows why some sort of retail licensing or import license framework for vapes isn't in place, or even scheduled. Same for an eco tax. Two of the lowest possible hanging fruit for putting some sort of interim control in place. And they whine about not being able to raise enough tax and duty revenue.

They’re a big hazard for folks working in waste management too. Disposable vapes cause double digit fires per month at recycling plants across England.
