If you can take some measurements of the old one then it should be a very simple part to model. I can't quite work out its function, is it just a low friction layer between the wood and the tuning peg? I would worry that a lot of 3D print materials would creep under constant force from string tension. I would happily make one from POM on a lathe if you get the dimensions.

ah fair enough! what guitar is it?
if you can get exact dims then i can print some tomorrow and pop them in the post.
i only have PLA filament though, not sure if something else would work better?

and obviously the colour wouldn't match the others unless you replaced all 6?
