If you can take some measurements of the old one then it should be a very simple part to model. I can't quite work out its function, is it just a low friction layer between the wood and the tuning peg? I would worry that a lot of 3D print materials would creep under constant force from string tension. I would happily make one from POM on a lathe if you get the dimensions.
Greetings, 3D-printers. I've never used a 3D printer or done much of anything in CAD but I do have a little fix that I think would be relatively simple and ideal for these sorts of machines. Would anyone be up for helping for some sort of beer- or money-based reward? I have a guitar that's missing a tuner ferrule: it's basically a tube with an ID and an OD, then a curved wider bit at the top. Could something like this be matched?
