  • Remember going to school and one blue drink being my only hydration all day, even if we played football for an hour at lunch and had PE. I was fine.

    I drink more now but maybe only a pint of squash and a cup of tea during the day.

  • I did this traditional for of king Fu for a few years. In the old manuals translated to English in the 50s it said you only need one small cup of tea a day. No water especially cold water.

    The adherents to this piece of insanity were easy pickings by the end of a long day training. All wobbly and tunnel visioned

  • While living in Asia for a few years, I learned to stopp drinking chilled water. Tepid/slightly warm is far better.
