What terribly, lazily written legislation.
So infuriating.
Granted there is a need for a (legislative) big stick to deal with the FB/X of the world, but absolutely no thought to the vast number of smaller sites and communities.
Seriously sounds like one or two changed sentences could make this a fit for purpose law. £18M… mad
