Ah I didn't know that style existed! I have bought some of the ones with the mortice plate like this:

I need to find the style you linked in stainless to match the handles now

TBF I've fitted these types of latches before with no prior experience. It was fine - drill the hole then chisel out a little bit for the face. Took 20/30 mins.

Anyone have a SE London recommendation for a new boiler?
Rokas doesn't do installs at present and not much else suggested recently or for this side of the river...

Not had a boiler fitted by him but Billy at B-Safe plumbing and heating in beckenham did some work on our boiler after fitting new rads and pipework.
He also told us to get on the valiant maintenance contract as it would be cheaper than him repairing/replacing all the bits that were on their last legs.
We’ll probably get him to quote when we do replace it. -

Can absolutely vouch for Billy. He replaced all our radiators when we moved in 10 years ago and then about 3 years ago came and replaced our boiler without any hassle or telling me off that it was absolutely fucked and could have killed everyone and why didn't we have a check last year like we should have?

Any recommendations for a carpenter in north london (tottenham/haringey) to do a fairly small job? Been struggling to get anyone to commit. Need a bit of rotten door frame chopping out and a new bit splicing in.
You can totally do that yourself. Have you bought the catches yet? This type only need a hole drilled in the edge of the door
