Does this Act mean that 'small' or independent forums, websites or whatever will no longer be able to operate without a compliance team behind them?
I suspect though that whilst actually managing the risk would be achievable, litigation risk would mean the forum becomes too financially bursensome? One solution might be to stick lufguss into a ltd co, giving at least a little bit of personal protection to the owner/directors, but I get that you might not want to give up control.
