On the tickbox list of things that will trigger an investigation from ofcom I would imagine LFGSS doesn’t have any, plus they will be massively understaffed and have to use their meagre resources to focus on the real nasty stuff and the people who own and run those sites.
But it’s Velocio’s forum to do with what he likes.
I know nothing about running one but surely there are places that can run forums based in far flung nations that would be outside the scope of this act?

If it was me, I'd carry on blissfully ignorant of Ofcom. They're clearly aiming at the big social media sites, so I'd carry on and worry about it when they came knocking and asking about the content policies. "Oh, you mean these? This is how we deal with your thought crime nonsense. Is that all you need? Happy to help. Close the door on your way out."
