Could do Lewisham as well.

Nikola Milenković is an absolute beast. Hard to believe he only cost £11m.

Juventus has a player whose name translates as Nicky Beans

They always smash it out of the park with names in Italy, thinking of Antonio Di Natale (Christmas Tony), and Kevin Lasagne.

Jack Taylor means Merry Christmas in old east anglian

Cunha means I'll see you in the car park in Portuguese.

Jack Taylor means I've lost my voice!
We weren't playing that brilliantly today but still tried to close out the game when that's not worked for us this year. When Wolves scored they really woke up and it only looked a matter of time before they ruined my birthday. What an ending though.

Elbowing in the back of the head and then stealing glasses?
Cunha must have been a right little wanker in school.

It looks like Anderson was very lucky today - lucky to not have conceded a pen, and then got away with the foul before Elanga's goal.
At least my mates in the Donny supporters' group will be pleased.

Oh yeah it's definitely penalty, but he's got he's basically grabbing Anderson's throat one second before so equally a foul should have been given against Rogers before. He's a hell of a player, gave Anderson a torrid time.
For the second goal yeah probably a foul, but if you look at how the referee officiated the whole game he really let the game flow and it was a better game for it, so in the context of the game he was consistent which is what you want.

Thought it was a great game by the way, two teams matching each other up and taking turns to take it to each other. Not end-to-end but a real tactical tussle.
The standard in the Prem this year is so high. Forest, Brighton, Bournemouth & Fulham right up there, all four teams are so well coached and look a match for anyone on their day.

Where are you?
These things have to go before Xmas. I’m getting death stares. -

The inconsistency is also making it more interesting. Fulham look like they can give anyone a run for their money, but then lost 4-1 at home to Wolves, who looked absolutely bereft for most of yesterday's game.
The best thing about watching Ipswich this season (and even if we go down, it's not unexpected or a disaster) is that for the most part, we've played better the better the opponent, so even where a spanking is inevitable we've stood our ground.
Next games for me are Newcastle (H), Arsenal (A) and Fulham (A), with Chelsea at some point in between that I'm not going to.
1 point from 9 in those would probably be in line with expectations, but you just don't know.

Also Liam Delap is suspended on Saturday so League Two's Ali Al Hamadi is our only fit striker. It might be a long trip home from Ipswich.

If it’s any consolation he was an absolute weapon at AFC Wimbledon when I saw him play there a few times

He looked really promising last season, but I think he's nursing an injury and doesn't have the same pace yet. If we'd got another striker in, he'd probably have had a Champ loan, which is what I think he needs.

Wolves sack O'Neil.

Hardly a shock. Just hope they dont come for Corberan.
Ollie Gunnar currently 2/1 favourite in some places.

He'd be mad to take it. Leave it for Lampard.

He’s at Coventry… only a few games in

He (OGS) was at the game yesterday - ostensibly as a friend of McKenna's but maybe assessing the team.
Wolves looked really strong when they'd scored, a manager who can get some confidence into them could make a big difference (and make our attempt at survival harder).

A couple of centre backs would help too. Not replacing Kilman was a catastrophic blunder.
