I emailed the suspension fork people and they can make me a 50mm travel version for a bombtrack munroe cargo. I'm currently trying to get a frameset into the country to build a stupid drop bar mini cargo gravel bike for adventures with my remote control cars.
An inverted suspension fork would be insane for it!

A little bit more progress on the fake muli

Oh so it will work with official muli basket parts? Cool. Their double decker setup for cargo looked interesting as well.

Yeah i bought the basket, steerer (it's hard to find a steerer that long from suppliers!) and steering rod, worked out at £600 shipped. There was no way my fabrication skills would be able to make the basket!
Total budget to build so far is £1273.
I cheekly screenshotted their geo and then scaled and traced on autocad, replacing the formed main tube with angled 50mm box section
Definitely also going to make a removable / flat deck also.

Got this bafang fat bike rear wheel from John pye for £35, have put a 2.4" tyre on it. Looks rad!
Hopefully it actually functions, lol!

Easiest way to cover your cargo in road filth. No mudguards is a weird flex
-
• #14863
Definitely missing mudguards, but it looked brand new. So it’s either a fair weather cargo or probably just not had the time yet.

• #14864
Lol and a baseboard with holes in it, you'll also be covering your face in road filth!

Schwalbe pickup decent in light snow and ice or is gt355 the way to go? Have Big Ben plus on urban arrow and I’m just not much of a fan. Also 20” gt365 seems to only come in 2.15? Would much rather 2.35

I have them on my GSD, they're ok

Had to double check the eBay listing but, yes, 2.15.

Any recommendations for a cargo bike (pref not longtail or Bullit) that will fit both a 5'2 and 6'2 person? More flexibility in the taller person to accommodate a smaller frame rather than the other way round. Did have a look at the Omnium ST but they seem to be out of production.

Cube cargo, of course I’ve got one for sale…!
Nice low stand over so you can drop the seat right down but it’s also fairly slack tube so when you put it up the reach increases making it more than comfortable for tall people. You’ve also got the handlebar adjustment on a quick release.
Best thing I find is that you can get on with the Bike on the double kick stand and then start pedalling and it will just hop off so you don’t have to balance the full Bike

Ah only issue is that it's a long john/bullitt style - won't fit down the steep steps to my house/back garden.
Yeah will do. We’re doing an order for a bunch to build a relationship. Every Load 75 needs it
