Be plenty! DCDC charger added if needed plus hook up and work 3/4 days a week

Okay fair enough. I have 1 330W panel and sometimes wished I had more. Especially on cloudy days or on hot summer days where you want to park your van in the shade. Since you have such a big roof I would advice to put as many panels as possible.
